1. Reviewer wants to make a document available in a public GroupSpace

A Reviewer wants to review a document to be published in a GroupSpace.

    1. Reviewer clicks on the document in the reviewer box

    2. Reviewer can edit the document to correct some mistakes

    3. Reviewer can publish the document

2. Reviewer wants to notify the users by email when a document is published

A Reviewer is reviewing a document in a GroupSpace, and he wants to notify the
GroupMembers of a document that has been published.

   1. Reviewer publishes a document

   2. The members of the site get notified.

   - It could also be considered part of the GroupSpace policy whether or not
     GroupMembers are notified

   - It could also be left up to the GroupMembers whether they want to be notified

   - We could have an RSS feed for documents that are published.

   - The usefulness for GroupMembers is limited, although there is some value in
knowing that a document is now considered publicly available for visitors

3. Reviewer wants to be notified when a document gets submitted

A Reviewer would like to get an email when a document gets submitted in
   a GroupSpace.

   1. Reviewer opens his email software

   2. Reviewer sees an email containing a link to a document to be reviewed

   - Again, this could be part of a policy or left open for the GroupReviewer to
     decide.
